coming from.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Western-Light-Briar-Island-0211.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-678\" alt=\"Western-Light-Briar-Island-0211\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Western-Light-Briar-Island-0211.jpg\" width=\"580\" height=\"768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Sure enough, the fog was rolling in at the Western Light. Western Light marks the spot where the Bay of Fundy officially begins! The waters south of here are the Gulf of Maine and the waters north are the Bay of Fundy.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Brier-Island-Western-Point-Lighthouse4649.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2532\" alt=\"Brier-Island-Western-Point-Lighthouse4649\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Brier-Island-Western-Point-Lighthouse4649.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"><\/a>This is the most westerly point in all of Nova Scotia. Historically, Western Light is the 3rd oldest lighthouse in Nova Scotia. See and hear the Western Light:<\/p>\n<p><iframe loading=\"lazy\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/movies\/western_light_lighthouse_brier_island.mp4\" width=\"698\" height=\"393\" frameborder=\"0\" align=\"center\" allowfullscreen=\"allowfullscreen\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>We found a great little burger place next to the general store for lunch. &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/?p=2447\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Lighthouse Caf\u00e9,<\/a>&#8221; and afterwards drove the rest of the street to the end of the highway.<\/p>\n<p>From here you can get a good view of Peter&#8217;s Island.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Peters-Island-0521.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-679\" alt=\"Peter's-Island-0521\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Peters-Island-0521.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\"><\/a><\/p>\n<p>In the short time we stopped, the fog cleared to get a better view.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Peters-Island-0712.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full href=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Brier-Island-Peters-Island4954.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignleft size-full wp-image-2534\" alt=\"Brier-Island-Peter's-Island4954\" src=\"http:\/\/www.visitingnovascotia.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/08\/Brier-Island-Peters-Island4954.jpg\" width=\"1024\" height=\"576\"><\/a>Then there was Big Pond Cove to explore &#8230; we saw seals offshore and amazing vegatation &#8211; wildflowers and grasses.<a supper we hiked out to Seal Cove and recorded video of the seals on the rocks and concluded with the Northern Light lighthouse in the sunset.<\/p>\n<p><a
